Audit
Our services in the area of auditing include audits in compliance with the guidelines of the Swiss Code of Obligations for any kind of legal person. These include limited audit, full audit, and the audit of internal control.
Furthermore, we are able to audit financial statements according to the regulations of the Swiss Code of Obligations and Swiss GAAP FER, to support financial statements under IFRS and US GAAP, and to perform reconciliations from international accounting standards to the Swiss accounting principles.
Additionally, we perform special audits for foundations, capital increase/reduction and liquidations as well as “agreed upon procedures audits” for our customers.
